About Sophy

I am a trained humanistic counsellor and have worked for many years supporting clients with a range of concerns.

I offer a safe, non-judgemental and impartial space to explore whatever issues and concerns bring you to counselling.

By talking things through and by exploring different ways of thinking and feeling about things, you can change, move forward, and lead a more fulfilling life.

I support those who need counselling for:

  • anxiety

  • low self-esteem

  • grief and loss

  • relationship issues (both for heterosexual and same sex couples)

  • depression

  • domestic abuse

  • trauma

  • OCD

  • panic attacks

  • self-harming

  • children and young people (anxiety, anger, bullying, sexuality, abuse and family splits)

I also have specialist training in supporting Young People, Couples, and those with Addiction.
