Initial sessions last 20 minutes and are free-of-charge.
These sessions provide an opportunity to discuss why you are looking for counselling and for me to explain how I might be able to help you. You can then decide whether or not you want to proceed.
If you do decide to go ahead, we can discuss how many sessions might be necessary - on average this is 10-12 sessions.
Sessions are usually weekly and last 50 minutes.
(Please note that during the Covid-19 lockdown I am seeing new clients via Zoom, Skype or by telephone.)
Fees.
Single client: £50
Couples: £70
Fees can be paid in cash at the session or by bank transfer.
